CALL TO ORDER:
Trustee Scott Leber called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Trustee Scott Leber led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL:
Trustees Leber, Miller, Parker, and Road Superintendent Andy Dunlap were at roll call. Fiscal Officer Pelletier was also present.
MINUTES:
Fiscal Officer Pelletier sent out minutes electronically before the meeting for approval.
Motion
Mr. Miller moved to approve the minutes, and Mr. Parker seconded the motion. A verbal vote was taken, and the motion passed unanimously.
GUESTS:
No guests were present.
ZONING INSPECTOR
Zoning Inspector Dunlap is still working with Prosecutor Bennett on the junk violations issued by the township. Mr. Bennett is requesting photos for the filing of injunctions.
Another junk violation will be sent to an Oxford Township resident on Patten Tract, and a grass violation will be sent to a resident on Mason Road.
ROAD SUPERINTENDENT:
Mr. Dunlap informed the board that he worked with Otarma on an appraisal.
Mr. Dunlap received a quote from RA Bores for $29,919.00 to replace tile and install a catch basin at Higbee Rd. East of Livengood Rd.
Mr. Dunlap began mowing roadside areas along township roads.
Mr. Dunlap reported that Belson Outdoors estimated the shipping for the new dugout benches, which were ordered a month prior, to be $627.00.
Road Superintendent Dunlap repaired a broken bench in the dugout. There will be a replacement for all benches.
Fifteen Monroeville students spread mulch around the township building on June 9th. Let the record show how grateful the township is for their assistance and participation.

Mr. Miller informed the board that he contacted Ohio Edison about low-hanging wires on Higbee Road.
Mr. Miller received the official acceptance of the grant from Erie Metro Parks to cover the costs of the dugout benches and engineered mulch for the playground.
Trustee Parker:
Trustee Parker inquired about an abandoned property in North Monroeville. The Erie County Land Bank may be able to condemn it.
Trustee Parker reported that a lot was double-sold and encroached on another resident’s lot in Sandhill Cemetery.
Mr. Parker suggests that the township consider looking into software that shows ownership of cemetery lots, like the software used for the Sandhill Cemetery.
FISCAL OFFICER:
A fine for a fire was paid to the township.
The audit is still ongoing and will be completed by June’s meeting.
Deeds for residents who purchased cemetery lots have been signed and given to the residents.
COMMUNICATIONS:
No communications from Sheriff Sigsworth.
OLD BUSINESS :
There is no old business to report.
NEW BUSINESS:
The township is waiting on another quote for the ditch and basin repair.
Motion
Mr. Miller motioned to pay all bills for Oxford Township with a second from Mr. Parker. The motion passed after a unanimous vote.

Mr. Parker moved to adjourn, which Mr. Miller seconded. The motion carried after a unanimous vote.
