Commissioners for review and approval to be submitted to the Commissioners at
the next Trustee meeting.
Trustees:
Mr. Leber:
Mr. Leber has nothing to report
currently.
Mr. Parker:
Mr. Parker and Mr. Dunlap visited the county
engineer's annual township meeting on December 7, 2023.
Mr.
Stewart:
Truck
James Johnson has yet to return his
call on the inquiry of the used Freightliner. This vehicle is priced at
$47,000.00 used. A new truck priced out is upwards of $250,000.00.
Logging
Mr. Stewart questions restrictions for
loads of logging for roads.
Generator
Fresh Electric is giving an estimate
for the generator. RKS from Norwalk has expressed that the 1800 RPM generator
would be better than the 3600 RPM generator. Mr. Stewart believes the number for
pricing on the generator is quoted at $36,000.00. Township insurance will cover
50% of the installation and 50% of the generator cost.
Trustees discussed pricing a Kohler
and Generac generator. Kohler generators need servicing less. Mr. Stewart is
going to investigate the RPM suggestions.
