Jason and Ashley Hermes, 4516 Mason Rd. – in ground pool and patio

Road Superintendent

Mr. Kelley reported that he had traced the tile from Denny Barber’s property to Ransom Road where it connects to the road tile. He dug the tile up at the road side and said it was open and running water. Mr. Kelley said any problems with the tile are behind the houses on Delematre Road. He suggested to Mr. Barber that he contact Fox Brothers and have them jet the tile.

Mr. Kelley reported that he had painted several pieces of the playground equipment. He said that he had ordered the portable toilets to be delivered next week, because the first party is scheduled for May 19th.

Mr. Kelley discussed the placement of the catch basin along Thomas Road by Todd Matthias’s drive way. After some discussion the Trustees said that they preferred to have the catch basin drain into the six inch road tile that he found, instead of connecting to a tile in Mr. Matthias’s yard which drains to the creek.

Mr. Kelley reported that he had met with Sharon Ostheimer who is interested in purchasing grave lots. There was discussion about multiple burials on one lot. It was decided that a person who is cremated can be buried on top of a casket buried at a grave site, but once a cremation urn is buried, it cannot be dug up to bury a casket at the same grave spot.
